Feta and spinach sticks: the tasty recipe with puff pastry

Ingredients: 
1 egg 
250 g of spinach 
3 tbsp of grated cheese 
1 handful of breadcrumbs 
100 g of feta cheese
1 pinch of salt 
1 puff pastry sheet 
Seeds for decoration 
 
Directions: 
1. Whisk the egg in a large bowl, then add steamed spinach and diced feta. 
2. Also add salt, grated cheese and breadcrumbs. 
3. Stir well to combine. 
4. Cut puff pastry and stuff with the spinach mixture. Then close. 
5. Place the sticks in a tray coated with baking paper, the brush them with whisked egg. Decorate with seeds. 
6. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
