Spinach and feta pastry: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
420g (2 ½ cups) of frozen spinach, thawed and dried
260 g (1 cup) of feta cheese
2g (⅔ tsp) of onion powder
2g (⅔ tsp) of garlic powder
A pinch of cayenne
A pinch of black pepper
Egg wash and sesame to assemble
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.
2. Combine feta with spinach and spices.
3. Spread the spinach filling on one side of the puff pastry. Roll carefully and cut into portions.
4. Brush each roll with egg wash and sprinkle sesame on top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
