No bake Christmas log

Ingredients:
14 spoon biscuits
250 g mascarpone
200 g liquid cream
1 Coffee cup (200 ml)
70 g icing sugar
Bitter cocoa powder (for finishing)
Chocolate chips
Directions
1. In a bowl mix the mascarpone with cream, vanilla extract and icing sugar.
2. Wet the biscuits and assemble the log.
3. Leave in the fridge for 5 hours and decorate with cocoa.
