Stuffed baked potatoes

Ingredients:
10 red potatoes
about 2 sausages
q.b. provola cheese
q.b. parmesan cheese
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
 
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes and empty them.
2. Cut the provola cheese and crumble the sausages.
3. Stuff the potatoes and place them in a baking dish.
4. Cover with parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
