Stuffed duchess potatoes: cheesy and tasty!

Put a small mozzarella in the center and cover it with the potato mixture, bake for 15 minutes for a crunchy and delicious treat!
INGREDIENTS
400g boiled potatoes
pepper
salt
nutmeg
breadcrumbs
parsley
1 egg yolk
50g Parmesan cheese
pancetta

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. mix in some parsley, an egg yolk, and Parmesan cheese.
2. Make a circle with the potato mixture, add a small mozzarella and the pancetta.
3. Cover with more potatoes by using a piping bag.
4. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
