Potato corn dog: the American recipe crunchy and cheesy!

A tasty idea for a dinner that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
550g Potatoes
Mozzarella cheese
2 Sausages
Cornstarch
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
 
Potato seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes in the water.
  2. Cut the sausages in the half and cut the cheese into the same sizes as a sausage.
  3. Take the Chinese chopstick and first add the sausage and then the cheese on it.
  4. In a bowl season the cooked potato with parmesan, salt and pepper and mash the potatoes, and split the mixture into four pieces.
  5. Take the one piece and cover the sausage and cheese to create the shape.
  6. Cover the potato corn dog with the cornstarch, then with the eggs and then with the breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry them in hot oil.
