Potato nuggets: crunchy and cheesy, the tasty side dish ready in few minutes!

So creamy and delicious inside, this recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS

For the dough
800g boiled potatoes
Parsley
15g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
100g grated mozzarella
a pinch of salt and pepper
100g sliced cheese
100g ham
Flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a bowl smash the boiled potatoes and add the parsley, cornstarch, mozzarella, salt, pepper and mix well. Add in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Take the spoonful of the mixture and spread it in the hand. Add the cheese and ham on top and add another layer from the top to close the nugget and create a round shape.
- Cover the nugget with flour, eggs, breadcrumbs and fry into the dipping oil until golden.
