Vegan nuggets: the vegetarian version of a crunchy and delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
120g (1 ⅓ cup) chickpea flour;
40ml (3 tbsp) milk;
⅓ tsp smoked paprika;
¼ tsp salt;
¼ tsp garlic powder;
15ml (1 tbsp) oil;
50g (½ cup) breadcrumbs;
20g (½ cup) cornflakes.
METHOD
- In a medium bowl whisk chickpea flour with paprika, garlic, and salt. Pour in milk and oil. Knead until the dough comes together.
- Form nuggets shapes using chickpea dough.
- Break cornflakes into crumbs and mix them up with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each nugget in crumbs and place them in preheated oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes from each side or until golden and crispy.
