Christmas Corn dogs

Corn dogsIngredients:
20 mini hot dogs;
10 pretzels;
½ cup corn flour;
½ all-purpose flour;
2 tbsp sugar;
2 tsp baking powder;
a pinch of salt;
1 egg;
2/3 cup milk;
vegetable oil for deep frying;
ketchup, mayonnaise, balsamic glaze for décor.
Instructions
Make a corn dog batter by whisking both types of flour with sugar, baking powder and a generous pinch of salt. Add an egg and pour milk. Mix until smooth.
Dredge each hot dog in flour, put a skewer in and dip into the corn batter. Let the excess drip off.
Heat vegetable oil to 180C/350F. Fry corn dogs for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove onto a paper towels.
Break pretzels in half to make deer horns as shown on the video.
