Burger dogs

Ingredients:
300 g (10 oz) minced beef;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp black pepper;
1 tsp onion powder;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
3 slices mozzarella cheese;
6 slices bacon;
salad leaves, hot dog buns, mayonnaise, ketchup for serving.

Instructions
Season minced beef with salt, pepper and onion powder. Make 3 thin patties and wrap a piece of mozzarella cheese into each one of them, shaping meat into a hot dog.
Wrap each hot dog in two strips of bacon (secure with toothpicks if needed).
Fry in preheated vegetable oil, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden on the outside.
Serve in a hot dog bun with salad and a drizzle of mayonnaise and ketchup on top.
