Light burger

Ingredients:
Dough
300 g greek yogurth
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sesame seed
Burger
400g minced chicken
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
Tomato
Red onion
Arugula
Sauce
100 ml greek yogurth
1 tbsp chive
Method:
Divide the eggs and combine yolks with greek yogurth and baking powder.
Whisk the egg whites into firm mixture and then carefully combine it with yolk mixture.
Make 4 burger discs and spribkle them with sesame seed.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Prepare burgers by mixing all ingredients and fry them in the hot pan without oil.
Make the sauce by combinig all ingredients.
Now put burger on bun top it with tomato, onion, sauce and arugula.
Enjoy!
