How to make corn dogs!

Ingredients:
300g forcemeat
Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
10 pcs cheese slices
150g flour
2 cup ground cornmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cayenne
Egg
1 cup milk

1 tsp cayenne

1 cup milk
Directions:
Mix 300g forcemeat with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder. Take 2-3 tsp mixture in hand and shape them into roll. Wrap up into a cheese and insert a stick into a roll. Chill.
Breading: Mix 150g flour with 2 cup ground cornmeal, 1 tbsp baking powder, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp cayenne, egg and 1 cup milk.
Douse the roll into a breading and deep- fry
