Stuffed potatoes: prepare this tasty dish using few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
boiled potatoes
200g ground beef
1 egg
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese
1 egg
parsley
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes. Slice them in half, then remove the center.
2. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley and an egg.
3. Fill the potatoes with the meat.
4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
5. Add the provola cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
