Stuffed pork: a few ingredients to make an amazing meal for the whole family!

The result is so juicy and tender, you won't believe your eyes!

INGREDIENTS

• Pork 1 kg

• Tomatoes 2, sliced

• Mozzarella, sliced

• Garlic 5 cloves, sliced

• Potatoes 4-5

•Salt pepper

METHOD

Cut the meat like a book. Season with salt and pepper.
In a cut add a clove of garlic, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices.
Transfer stuffed meat to a sheet of foil.
Cut the potato into small pieces. Add the potatoes around the meat.
Wrap the edges of the foil. Cover top with foil.
Bake at 180C/350F for 60 min.
