Stuffed pork: a few ingredients to make an amazing meal for the whole family!

The result is so juicy and tender, you won't believe your eyes! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• Pork 1 kg
• Tomatoes 2, sliced
• Mozzarella, sliced
• Garlic 5 cloves, sliced
• Potatoes 4-5
•Salt pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the meat like a book. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a cut add a clove of garlic, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices.
  3. Transfer stuffed meat to a sheet of foil.
  4. Cut the potato into small pieces. Add the potatoes around the meat.
  5. Wrap the edges of the foil. Cover top with foil.
  6. Bake at 180C/350F for 60 min.
