Giant stuffed burger: a delicious recipe for the whole family!

Why make smaller burgers, when we can make a big one!
Cut it into wedges and let the cheese ooze out of the center.

INGREDIENTS
Camembert cheese
Ground meat 700 g
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Bacon 100 g
Onion 1/4
 
METHOD
  1. In a pan fry bacon with onion.
  2. In a bowl mix meat with egg and spices.
  3. Cut Camembert into 2 pieces and fill it with bacon. Transfer it onto the meat and lay meat outside the cheese. Fry from each side well.
