High stuffed potatoes

Ingredients
6 Potatoes, parboiled
1 cup Mozzarella
1 cup Mini pepperoni
1/2 tsp Oregano
Pizza sauce
 
Method
Mix mozzarella cheese with pepperoni and oregano.
Using melon scoop, clean potatoes inside, add 1 tsp pizza sauce in each potato and cheese and pepperoni mixture.
Bake at 350°F/180°C for 15 minutes.
