Stuffed potatoes: an original way to prepare dinner!

INGREDIENTS
8 Potatoes
Oil
Salt
8 Eggs
Chilli pepper
100g of Cheese
Parsley

METHOD
  1. Wash the potatoes, cut on one side, and with the spoon remove the middle part. Brush the potatoes with oil and bake in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 35 minutes.
  2. Season them with salt and in each potato add the egg. Season each potato with chili pepper and add the cheese on top.
  3. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 15 minutes and decorate with parsley.
