Salt potatoes: a simple and original preparation!

INGREDIENTS
8 potatoes
1kg (4 cups) salt
3 egg whites
Fresh thyme
Fresh rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
1kg (4 cups) salt

Fresh rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together salt with egg whites and fresh herbs.
- Transfer 1/2 mixture into the pan, top with potatoes, and another 1/2 of the mixture.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 1 hour.
