Potato fritters: a simple and tasty side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1kg boiled potatoes
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp black pepper 
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together boiled potatoes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Press potato mixture with a colander, fix it with the spatula, and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
