INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
10g (1 1/4 tbsp) of potato starch
10g (2 tbsp) of parmesan
25g (1/4 cup) of flour
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
45ml (3 tbsp) of milk
1 egg, beaten
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Peal and cut the potatoes and transfer them into the saucepan with water. Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes, or until they are soft. Transfer to the bowl.
2. Mash the potatoes well and add the potato starch, parmesan, flour, paprika, pepper, salt, milk, and egg, and mix until all is well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to the sac-à-poche. Squeeze the sac-à-poche directly into the pan, forming a spiral. Fry until the spirals are golden brown!
