Sausage with potatoes and onions: a simple yet delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
Sausages
Potatoes
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Red onion
Olive oil
Bay leaves
METHOD
1. Pour olive oil into an ovenproof dish. Add the sliced potatoes and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and bay leaves.
2. Pour over the oil and mix. Add red onion.
3. Bake at 180C/360F for 20 minutes.
4. Take it out of the oven and add the sausages and bake everything together at the same temperature for another 30 minutes. Serve.
