Potatoes and sausages cake: ready in less than 60 minutes!

This easy dinner is a great way to use up any sausages left over from a weekend barbecue.

INGREDIENTS
5 medium potatoes
2 pork sausages
150 g smoked scamorza cheese (or provola)
2 spoons Parmesan
1 sprig Rosemary
Origano
Fine salt
 
METHOD
  1. To prepare the crushed sausage and potatoes in the oven, first peel the potatoes. Rinse them under running water and cut them into cubes.
  2. Spice as desired and add the diced cheese and then the rosemary. Bake at 200 degrees, 30-40 minutes.
