Potato triangles: ready in a pan in minutes!

They are super delicious!

INGREDIENTS
400g of potatoes
200g of flour
1 pack of baking powder
1/3 tbsp of salt
3 tbsp milk
60g softened butter
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the cooked potatoes, then mix the potatoes with flour and baking powder. Add salt and softened butter and mix the mixture with your hands, add the milk and combine in a fine paste.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap in bags and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough pieces into 8 parts. Bake in extra heated oil.
