Potato burger: ready in a few minutes in a pan!

They are simply irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
Dough mixture:
700g (4 cups) Potatoes
1 Egg
1 tsp (6g) Salt
1 tsp (7g) Paprika
1 tsp (2g) Pepper
50g (0.5 cup) Breadcrumbs
Charge:
100g (0.5 cup) Tomato
150g (1.5 cup) Hard cheese
150g (1 cup) Ham
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes, then make a fine puree. Add the egg as well as the spices, then add the bread crumbs and mix everything.
- Oil your hands and shape the dough. Stuff with ham, tomato and cheese.
- Fry in heated oil.
