Potato burger: ready in a few minutes in a pan!

They are simply irresistible! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Dough mixture:
700g (4 cups) Potatoes
1 Egg
1 tsp (6g) Salt
1 tsp (7g) Paprika
1 tsp (2g) Pepper
50g (0.5 cup) Breadcrumbs
 
Charge:
100g (0.5 cup) Tomato
150g (1.5 cup) Hard cheese
150g (1 cup) Ham
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes, then make a fine puree. Add the egg as well as the spices, then add the bread crumbs and mix everything.
  2. Oil your hands and shape the dough. Stuff with ham, tomato and cheese.
  3. Fry in heated oil.
