Potato burgers: ready in a few minutes in a pan!

Easy, quick and tasty, you won't be able to stop at one! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 8 potatoes
• 1 egg
• 150g flour
• 30g butter
• salt
 
Filling:
• 500g chopped meat
• 400g mushrooms
• 1 onion
• salt
•black pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash. Add the egg, butter and flour. Mix.
  2. Peel the onion and chop. Chop mushrooms.
  3. Fry onion, chopped meat, mushrooms in a pan with a small amount of oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. From a potato, dough to form a cake and put the chopped meat in the middle. Form a burger. Fry in a small amount of oil.
