Potato burgers: ready in a few minutes in a pan!

Easy, quick and tasty, you won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS

• 8 potatoes

• 1 egg

• 150g flour

• 30g butter

• salt

Filling:

• 500g chopped meat

• 400g mushrooms

• 1 onion

• salt

•black pepper

METHOD

Boil the potatoes and mash. Add the egg, butter and flour. Mix.
Peel the onion and chop. Chop mushrooms.
Fry onion, chopped meat, mushrooms in a pan with a small amount of oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
From a potato, dough to form a cake and put the chopped meat in the middle. Form a burger. Fry in a small amount of oil.
