Sausages and potatoes: the simple solution for a tasteful dinner!

Easy, delicious and ready in 1 hour: the perfect idea for a flavorful dinner!

INGREDIENTS

1 kg (2 pounds) potatoes, peeled and chopped;
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
Salt and pepper to taste;
3-4 rosemary sprigs;
Medium white onion, chopped;
6-8 sausages.

METHOD

Combine chopped potatoes with olive oil, onion, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking pan and top with rosemary.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes.
Poke holes in sausages using a small knife.
Place sausages on top of the potatoes and bake for additional 30 minutes.
