Sausage omelette: a brillant version for a super dinner!

This is the best way to cook a sausage!

INGREDIENTS
Sausage
Olive oil
150ml (0.6 cup) white wine
4 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Cook the sausage with olive oil in a pan. Pour over white wine, simmer until it decreases. Put the sausage in a mold.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
