published on 27 May, 2023 at 12:00
INGREDIENTS
Extra virgin olive oil
750g of sausage
200ml (3/4 cup) + 100ml (1/4 cup) of beer
1kg of potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
METHOD
1. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into the pan and add the sausage. Brown the sausage over medium heat on all sides.
2. Once browned, blend the sausage with the beer and cook for 10 minutes in the pan, or until beer evaporates. As soon as the beer has evaporated, remove the sausage from the pan.
3. Peel and cut the potatoes and add them to the pan with the oil. Brown them and pour the beer over them. Season with salt and pepper and add a few sprigs of rosemary. Let them cook for 10 minutes, or until beer evaporates.
4. Make a place in the pan for the sausage and add them over the potatoes. Mix all together well and remove from the heat.
5. Serve all together on a plate and enjoy.
