SAVORY PIE WITH RADICCHIO: a simple, simple, and surprising savory dish!

INGREDIENTS
520g of radicchio
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
Salt
520g (2 cups) of ricotta
2 eggs
110g of bacon
1 roll of puff pastry
METHOD
1. Cut the radicchio into small pieces. Add olive oil to a pan, then add the radicchio pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for a few minutes until soft. Remove from the heat and let cool.
2. In a bowl, add the ricotta, eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Add the cooked radicchio and stir until combined.
3. Place the puff pastry in a baking dish and pour in the prepared filling. Fold the edges of the pastry inward to seal. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
4. Serve the radicchio savory pie on a serving dish, slice, and enjoy.
