Savory mushroom pie: a tasty and simple recipe to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
350g of mushrooms
Parsley
3 sausages
Salt
1 roll of puff pastry
Breadcrumbs
150g of cheese
20g (1/4 cup) of parmesan
Egg + milk for brushing
White sesame seeds
Black sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a pan pour the little olive oil, add the garlic and mushrooms, parsley, and fry until the mushrooms soften. Then add the crumbled sausage and sauté over high heat for another 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray (24cm - baking tray size) with its own paper, then make holes with the prongs of a fork. Next, sprinkle the surface with 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
3. Pour in the mushrooms and sausage, add the diced cheese and the grated Parmesan, then fold the edges.
4. Brush the edges with an egg + milk and then sprinkle the crust with the white and black sesame seeds.
5. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes.
