Fried mushrooms: a unique appetizer that is really easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
240ml (1 cup) of milk
15ml ( 3 1/3 tsp ) of vinegar
150g (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
150g (1 cup) of cornstarch
16g of baking powder
8 g ( 3 tsp ) of paprika
2g (1 tsp) of garlic powder
2g (1 tsp) of onion powder
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
500g (1 pound) of oyster mushrooms, separated
METHOD
1. Mix milk with vinegar and set aside for 2 minutes to curdle.
2. Whisk flour with cornstarch, baking powder and seasonings.
3. Dip oyster mushrooms into the milk, then cover with flour mixture evenly.
4. Fry mushrooms for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
