This recipe is a very satisfying meat-free meal on days when you need something easy!
INGREDIENTS
250g mushrooms
olive oil
tomatoes

METHOD
1. Cook the mushroom in a pan with olive oil and garlic.
2. Add the tomatoes and then pour the egg over the mushrooms.
