Fried Eggs with mushrooms: a cheap and delicious recipe with a few ingredients!

This recipe is a very satisfying meat-free meal on days when you need something easy!
 
INGREDIENTS
250g mushrooms
olive oil
tomatoes
sal
pepper
 
METHOD
1. Cook the mushroom in a pan with olive oil and garlic.
2. Add the tomatoes and then pour the egg over the mushrooms.
3. Cook 7/10 minutes and serve with salt and pepper.
