Super creamy tuna pâté: only 4 INGREDIENTS for the perfect spread for your appetizers!

INGREDIENTS
500g of tuna in oil
250g of boiled potatoes
3 teaspoons of salted capers
80g of soft butter
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Drain the tuna in oil and transfer it to a large bowl.
2. Boil the potatoes until soft, then peel and let them cool.
3. Desalt the capers by rinsing them thoroughly under running water.
4. In a mixer, combine the tuna, potatoes, capers, and soft butter.
5. Blend until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.
6. Transfer the pâté to a small bowl, ready to be served.
