Chicken fritters: tasty appetizers really easy to prepare!

Super crispy, easy and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
450g (1lb) chicken
4 eggs
20g (1 tbsp) mustard
25ml (1 ½ tbsp) oil
4g (1 tsp) oregano
4g (1 tsp) curry
2g (1/2 tsp) pepper
6g (1 ½ tsp) salt
2g (½ tsp) garlic powder
20g (2 tbsp) flour
20g (2 tbsp) corn flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
4g (1 tsp) chili flakes

METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes. In a mixing bowl, pour eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, chili, oregano, curry.
  2. Whisk well, then add flour, oil and mustard. Mix.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, then mix everything together.
  4. Fry in oil. Serve.
