Just a few ingredients to make the best fritters ever!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 1/2 cups) Kefir
1 Egg
10g (1 tbsp) Sugar
4g (1 tsp) Salt
380g (2 1/2 cups) Flour
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking soda
Carrot cubes
Peas
Zucchini

METHOD
  1. In a bowl pour the kefir, add salt and sugar. Mix and add flour and baking soda.
  2. In this mixture adds carrot cubes, peas and zucchini. Put a mixture in a piping bag and in a fry pan pipe the balls in oil.
  3. Fry and serve.
