Fried ham fritters: super easy and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
12 slices of ham
12 cubes of mozzarella
Breadcrumbs
200ml (¾ cup+1 tbsp) water
1 egg
3g (1 tsp) baking powder
120g (⅔ cup) all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Wrap cheese into ham and secure with toothpicks.
2. In a medium bowl whisk flour with salt and baking powder, add egg and water, then whisk until smooth.
3. Dip each ham bite into the batter and cover in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry ham fritters for around 5 minutes in a large amount of preheated oil.
