Fried toast stuffed with ham and cheese: the quick and easy idea for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
● 2 1/2 cups flour (all purpose)
 ● 1/2 tsp  soda
 ● 1 tbsp  sugar
 ● 1/2 tsp  salt
 ● 100g cheese
 ● 6.8oz Kefir
 ● ham
 ● cheese
 
METHOD:
  1.  Mix flour, soda, sugar and salt.  Add grated cheese, kefir and knead the dough.
  2.  Divide the dough into pieces, roll each piece into a rectangle.
  3.  Put ham, cheese and ham again on the dough.  Cover with a second piece of dough and cover.
  4.  Fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
