Fried toast: a perfect idea for a quick dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Toast bread
30g (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise
35g (2 tbsp) Mustard
Sausage
100g (1/2 cup) Cheese
120ml (1/2 cup) Milk
2 Eggs
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix mayonnaise and mustard and spread it on toast slices.
  2. Cut the sausage and cheese into slices and put them between two toasts.
  3. In another bowl whisk two eggs and add milk. Cover the toasts with egg mixture and add them into an oiled pan.
  4. Fry them on both sides and serve.
