Fried calzoni without yeast: the perfect idea for a tasty dinner!

Dough Recipe:
• 540g / 4 cups flour (all-purpose)
• 175ml / 5.9oz water
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 egg
Filling:
• 450g / 3 cups ground-meat
• 1 onion
• 1/2 tsp salt
•black pepper
• 1/3 cup water
METHOD
- Bring water with salt and vegetable oil to a boil. Pour in one cup of flour and mix. In the rest of the flour add the egg and the brewed dough. Knead well.
- Leave the dough for 1 hour.
- Cook the ground-meat.
- Divide the dough into portions of 30 grams. Roll out each serving and put the ground-meat. Form Chebuchers. Fry in a pan in a large amount of oil.
