Soft savory buns: the perfect and quick dinner idea!

Easy to make and delicious! How to make fluffy buns at home in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 eggs

• 3 tbsp sugar

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 5g dry yeast

• 1/4 cup oil

• 1 cup milk

• 500g flour

• Ham to taste

• Cheese to taste

• Oregano to taste

METHOD

Mix the egg, sugar, salt, yeast, butter, milk very well.
After the ingredients are well beaten, add the flour, gradually wrapping.
Stir the mixture well and let it rise covered with brown paper until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into pieces of the desired size and roll out with a rolling pin.
Add a portion of minced meat, sprinkle oregano and flatten with your hands.
Close in roll form and cut into pieces.
Lubricate the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
