Soft savory buns: the perfect and quick dinner idea!

Easy to make and delicious! How to make fluffy buns at home in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 5g dry yeast
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 cup milk
• 500g flour
• Ham to taste
• Cheese to taste
• Oregano to taste
METHOD
- Mix the egg, sugar, salt, yeast, butter, milk very well.
- After the ingredients are well beaten, add the flour, gradually wrapping.
- Stir the mixture well and let it rise covered with brown paper until it doubles in size.
- Divide the dough into pieces of the desired size and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Add a portion of minced meat, sprinkle oregano and flatten with your hands.
- Close in roll form and cut into pieces.
- Lubricate the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
