Soft buns: flaky and fluffy, these fresh dinner rolls outshine any main dish!

No-knead, no special equipment required for these beautiful golden, soft and fluffy dinner rolls. Just combine the ingredients in a plastic bag and make these delicious buns!

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups of warm water

- 1 water glass measure of oil

- 2 eggs ( egg whites and yolks separated )

- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1.5 teaspoons instant yeast

- 6 cups of flour

- optional white cheese

METHOD

In bag add water, oil, white of egg, sugar, salt, yeast, and flour, mix it well.
Make small glazed balls from the dough, roll the garnish with your hand and place the white cheese and turn it into a round shape, place it intermittently on the baking tray laid with greaseproof paper.
Spread the egg yolk and poppy seeds on the pastry and bake in a preheated 200 ° С ( 392 ' F ) oven for 18-20 minutes.
