Baked ham rolls: a delicious idea for a quick and tasty dinner!

Ready in a few steps, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
 500g (1 pound) potatoes, peeled and boiled;
 Salt and pepper;
 30g (2 tbsp) butter;
 60g (¼ cup) parmesan cheese;
 Sliced ham;
 Sliced cheese;
 30g (2 tbsp) butter;
 30g (2 tbsp) flour;
 375ml (1 ½ cup) milk;
 Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste;
 Shredded cheese for topping.
 
METHOD
  1.  Mash potatoes with butter, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
  2.  Wrap a spoonful of potato mixture into a slice of ham, placing some cheese in the middle.
  3.  Melt butter and saute some flour in it for around 30 seconds. Pour and milk and cook the sauce, while constantly whisking, for around 5 minutes or until thick. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
  4.  Place ham rolls into the baking pan and pour bechamel sauce on top. Add cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes at 190C/375F.
