Rose pastry fritters: really easy to prepare!

The incredible method to make a delicious treat in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
 300g (2 cups) all-purpose flour;
 60g (¼ cup) butter, melted;
 100ml (⅓ cup+2 tbsp) water;
 Cornstarch.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine water, melted butter and flour to form a smooth dough.
  2.  Set the dough aside for 20 minutes then roll into a thin rectangle and dust with cornstarch generously.
  3.  Fold as shown on the video and repeat once more.
  4.  Set the dough aside for 20 minutes then roll out thinly and cut into circles.
  5.  Fold each circle and pinch with a clothing pin. Fry, dipping in hot oil, until the dough ‘blooms’, then remove the toothpick and cook until golden.
