Bread fritters: quick to prepare and really good!

The perfect alternative to usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
120ml of warm milk;
20g of sugar;
7g of dry yeast;
1 egg;
290g of flour 00;
1 tsp of salt;
Sesame seeds;
Oil for frying.
METHOD
- Dissolve the sugar and dry yeast in the warm milk. Add the egg and mix. Add the flour, salt and stir well. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a long rectangle and cut it into smaller rectangles.
- Use a skewer to fold the center of each rectangle and place two on top of each other. Fold the center again to secure them well. Close the edges.
- Bread the side edges of the pieces of dough in sesame seeds and fry them in boiling oil until golden brown.
