Chocolate big pancake: a really good way to prepare a fantastic dessert!

Take your breakfast to the next level with this decadent recipe!

INGREDIENTS
100g Dark chocolate
50ml (1/4 cup) Hot cream
15g Honey
10g Butter
2 Egg yolks
40g (1/4 cup) sugar
30ml Milk
5g Cocoa powder
40g (1/2 cup) Flour
2g Baking powder
2 Egg whites
20g (1/8 cup) Granulated sugar
Powdered sugar
Mint
Chocolate sauce

METHOD
  1. Mix the chocolate with hot cream, honey and butter, transfer the mixture to a pan and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  2. In another bowl add egg yolk with sugar and milk, mix it well. Sift in the flour with flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl beat egg whites with sugar and add to the previous mixture. Transfer it to the baking pan and bake at 180’C(356’F) for 10 minutes.
  4. Then make two cuts with a knife and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, top with prepared chocolate, chocolate sauce and mint.
