Chocolate big pancake: a really good way to prepare a fantastic dessert!

INGREDIENTS

100g Dark chocolate
50ml (1/4 cup) Hot cream
15g Honey
10g Butter
2 Egg yolks
40g (1/4 cup) sugar
30ml Milk
5g Cocoa powder
40g (1/2 cup) Flour
2g Baking powder
2 Egg whites
20g (1/8 cup) Granulated sugar
Powdered sugar
Mint
Chocolate sauce
METHOD
- Mix the chocolate with hot cream, honey and butter, transfer the mixture to a pan and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- In another bowl add egg yolk with sugar and milk, mix it well. Sift in the flour with flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- In another bowl beat egg whites with sugar and add to the previous mixture. Transfer it to the baking pan and bake at 180’C(356’F) for 10 minutes.
- Then make two cuts with a knife and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, top with prepared chocolate, chocolate sauce and mint.
