Dutch baby pancake: prepare this classic dessert in really few steps!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs;
150 ml (⅔ cup) milk;
120 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
a pinch of salt;
30 g (2 tbsp) butter;
Powdered sugar, berries for serving.
METHOD
- Heat up your oven to 250C/480F. Warm up the baking sheet in the oven for 1 minute before pouring the batter in.
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and milk. Add flour and whisk until no lumps left in the batter.
- Add butter on a warm baking sheet. Pour the batter on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180C/350F and bake for 15 minutes more.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar with some fresh berries on the side.
