Crescione: how to prepare the famous Italian street-food in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS:
 • 500g / 4 cups flour (all purpose)
 • 60ml / 2oz olive oil
 • 1 tsp  soda
 • 140ml / 4.7oz warm water
 • 100ml / 3.4oz warm milk
 • 1 tsp salt
 
 •tomato sauce
 •mozzarella cheese
 
PREPARATION:
  1.  Mix all ingredients for the dough.  Knead.  Let stand for 30 minutes.  Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  2.  Divide the dough into portions and form into balls.  Roll out a disc about 20 cm in diameter.
  3.  Lay out the filling and form the crescione.  Fry in a preheated pan.
