INGREDIENTS
Room temperature eggs 3
170 ml Warm milk
90g All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp/2g Salt
2 tablespoon /25g Oil
Green onion and fresh chili pepper.
220°C bake for 20 minutes
 
METHOD
  1. To prepare the magic omelette, it is necessary to combine the eggs with warm milk, flour and salt.
  2. Then chop the green onion and fresh chili pepper and add to the pre-prepared mixture. Heat the oil and pour the magic omelette mixture.
  3. Bake the mixture briefly, then continue baking in a preheated oven.
