INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes (400g)
1 tsp salt
150g (1 1/5 cups) of rice flour
cheese for choice
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare slices potatoes onto the steam.
  2. Mix it with flour by your hands.
  3. Fill it with cheese and fry from both sides until golden.
