Potato pizza sandwich: it will be the best savory treat ever!

This recipe is so irresistible! A great idea for a tasty meal ready in minutes.

INGREDIENTS

750g (25 oz) boiled potatoes;

50g (1.7 oz) panko breadcrumbs;

1 egg;

4 slices cheese;

Tomato sauce;

Fresh basil leaves;

1 tsp dried Italian herbs;

Salt, pepper and olive oil.

METHOD

Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add salt, pepper, herbs and an egg into it.
Divide potato mixture into 8 balls and form each into a squire.
Add tomato sauce, cheese and basil in the middle of 4 squares. Cover with another half and pinch the sides together.
Brush with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
